Order Processing All products are made to order. Orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We Live In Chaos Shop has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hunor@weliveinchaos.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
